Services

Living containers are available as 20ft and 40ft High Cube variants, fully equipped and ready to live in. The exterior is painted in RAL7016 or any other colour.

Walls and ceiling are insulated with PU closed-cell spray foam, the floor with Kingspan Therma TF70 panels, finished with MDF cladding, PVC windows and doors, a full electrical installation, a concealed water and sewerage system, an air-conditioner with heating and a fully equipped bathroom.

Interior: laminated MDF wall/ceiling cladding, high-durability vinyl flooring
Bathroom: built-in toilet, sink with mixer, shower cabin with tray & set, 80 l electric water heater
Electricity: concealed wiring + fuse box + external 16A plug, sockets, LED ceiling lights & switches, 4 exterior lights
Heating & ventilation: 3.5 kW air-conditioner + heat pump, built-in air recuperator, bathroom wall fan + electric heater
