Refunds may be granted if the delivered product is significantly different from the agreed specifications, arrives damaged due to our responsibility, or cannot be supplied as confirmed.
Refunds are generally not available for custom orders, products damaged after delivery, or cancellations made after dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
